Need to left align Custom Header Menu to match body text

  I’ve purchased the CSS Custom Upgrade + I need to align my custom header and the menu links below it to the left margin so they’re flush with the body text on my posts.

  Please help!

  To align the menu, paste this into the CSS editor:

  .navigation-main li {
  margin: 5px 24px 5px 0;
  }

  The header image is flush left. The white space is in the image itself:
  http://daleybread.files.wordpress.com/2013/11/mybeautyemergencyheadernov4-131.gif
  So you need to edit the image in an image editing application.
