  Hi there,

  If you want to link that site to your WordPress.com account so you can manage it from here or using the WordPress mobile and desktop apps, you need to install the Jetpack plugin on that site. After you install Jetpack, it will show you a prompt to connect to a WordPress.com account, so just click on that and follow the steps on the screen.
