Need to log into an old blog

A stupidly long time ago I wrote a daft little blog and forgot about it.
A couple of weeks ago a mate I wrote about asked me to take down a line of it as it had come up on a google search his employers had done.
I can’t get in any more. My account was through a work email that’s long since gone.
I will happily take down the entire blog if needs be.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there @positivefutures you’ll want to try the account recovery form on that same page https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ Make sure to provide as much information as you can, including the full site address of the site you’re trying to access and the old email address that was associated with the account. The account recovery team will take it from there.
But as @positivefutures pointed to, if ownership cannot be established, you might not be able to edit or delete the site. If the information on that site is outdated, you could also try contacting the relevant search engines for removal of the content from their results.
