Need to make DNS changes

    Our site went down, I think because the credit card on file expired. We setup a new card but I can’t find were to make DNS changes for coynedev.com (not stevecoynedev.com). GoDaddy is the Registrar, but the Name Servers are NS1.WORDPRESS.COM. You can see the website here: https://coynedev.wordpress.com

    Hi there,

    If you want to change the name servers, that can only be done at the registrar where the domain is registered, GoDaddy in this case.

    If you want to keep the domain pointed to WordPress.com, but you need to add custom DNS records to it, you’ll first need to upgrade the site again so you can restore the domain mapping upgrade that used to connect the domain to WordPress.com, but which expired in July last year.

    To do this you’ll first have to log into the account that owns the site, https://coynedev.wordpress.com/, which is not the account you’re using to post here.

    We no longer sell domain mapping as a stand-alone upgrade, so you’ll also need to upgrade to at least our Personal Plan before you’ll be able to add a new domain mapping upgrade to the site.
