Need to make old blog private and get access to download content.

  I have access to my old blog via this account but am unable to make it private via the shared dashboard for some reason -I think its because it was in a different account. This is an old college blog that I don’t use anymore and forgot to change the email address for but I really need access to make it private /download contents. The old website address is: https://suesdoodles.wordpress.com/. I can’t get the account restored because I don’t have the initial set-up url codes and it was before they started to do two-factor authorisation so can’t get a code for this either. I would be really grateful for any help you can give with this. If I can just make it private that would be a great help. Many Thanks. Sue
