Need to make sidebar and post text larger

  My test in all areas (post and sidebar) are so small I am concerned many will not be able to read it.
  Is there a way to enlarge it?

  Only using the CSS Upgrade http://support.wordpress.com/custom-css/ and knowledge of how to code CSS.

  Thank you. I think I’ll just let them enlarge their screen. (sheepish grin)
