Need to map a domain, but having problems

Hello,
We have a site that we put together for a client. A few days ago it was pointed out that the site was down, and we cannot seem to do anything to fix it. When I go in to add a plan to the site I cannot get past the payment page where everything is greyed out. There is another site (and old one) that seems to be a dominant one where I can add plans. Please advise, obviously the client is not happy that the site is down, so anything that you can do to help would be great. ThanksThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there –
The domain mapping upgrade expired back in October. You’ll want to add that back to your account in order for the domain to load a WordPress.com site.

thanks for that. Is that through the domain/hosting providers, or through WP? If I go through to the purchases section of the WP Dashboard, the option to add a plan is greyed out for the Telique account. It is available for the other blog account (paulinemathews) though.Again, thank you for your assistance

Hello –
The domain mapping is a WordPress.com upgrade that needs to be renewed. This can be done from the account that originally set up the mapping. This is a different user account than what you’ve contacted us from here in the forums ( I am not able to tell you which account. )
I can send an email to that account to try and help you locate the login credentials.

Thanks, the user account is either under the names Pauline Mathews, or Fuzion (where I work, and the company who put together the Telique account). I suspect that it will be the original Pauline Mathews account.From the purchases page in WordPress, any time I go to upgrade the account,under the Telique account, all of the upgrade packages are greyed out once I select one, so I cannot process a payment, so does this mean that I need to do this through the Pauline Mathews account? Or does this need to happen through the Fuzion account?

I’m afraid that I didn’t receive any emails, to my email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). I did get one to (email visible only to moderators and staff) that I have replied to, explaining that the @ray email address is now defunct and transfers to another email address as Ray no longer works with us.
