Need to merge two accounts

    Why does WordPress not have a customer service department and instead are deflecting all questions to a public forum?! I need help merging two accounts, plus I have a questions about my billing and a URL that I redirected to WordPress from GoDaddy. Am I really supposed to ask the general public about these questions and not get help from a WordPress representative?! What has happened to ‘customer service?’
