    We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.

    For any kind of help related to WordPress.org, you should submit your query to WordPress.org forums.

    NOTE: If you use Jetpack plugin on your old website, you can migrate the subscribers easily.

    Hi there,

    If you have both those sites connected to the same WordPress.com account using Jetpack, you should be able to do this yourself. You can find the instructions how to do that here:

    If you have any trouble with that, please let us know the addresses for the old and the new site and we can also move them for you.

    The WordPress.org forums can only help with the WordPress software. They cannot help someone move their WordPress.com/Jetpack followers between two sites. It would have been better to refer them to Jetpack support in this case, but rather just please refer them to the support doc above in future, or tag the thread for staff.
