  Hi Team – We have an exciting site that is hosted on one of our internal servers, can you please share the steps to upgrade to wordpress cloud.

  Hi there:

  Can you let us know what WordPress.com site you want to migrate this site to and what options you need on this site? Trying to load that site it reports Error establishing a database connection, so we’re not able to see what kind of site you want to import.

  Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
