Need to modify the size of featured image in blog post

  Hi,
  I’m having trouble on modifying the size of featured images in a blog post, they seem way to big! Basically taking up my whole page, it’s ridiculous.

  I’m hoping it can be edited with CSS.

  Help a sister out here! haha.
