Need to move a post to an existing parent page

    I created a post this morning and am not able to determine how to move it to an existing parent page.

    I also do not understand how to create a new post under an existing parent page.

    It used to be easy. Now, hours of searching these forums and google searches have been fruitless.

    If you can help me, please be very specific in the steps needed. I am not a proficient wordpress user.
