Need to move blog from the main part of website to a subdirectory

  I have an active working blog on my website in the main area such as http://www.myownwebsite.com but would like to move the whole thing, INTACT, to a subdirectiory such as http://www.www.myownwebsite.com/blog. Is this do-able and how does one accomplish it? Thanks!
