Need to move categories in menu to make them submenus.

  I went to appearance–>menus–>main menu top left, but only the one link shows up. The other drop down menus are not showing up at all, so I can’t do anything with them.

  I want to take botanicals, homeopathic, minerals, and personal care, and put them under Shop. If I can’t do that, I want to just delete a couple of them.

  It looks like your website isn’t running the WordPress.com platform. As such I would suggest that you contact the support of the platform you are using (ecomitize as it seems).

  It might be running the open-source WordPress.org platform, in which case you can ask for help at their support forums and get more adequate assistance:
