need to move email subscribers

HI! I need to move my email subscribers and followers from WordPress.com to WordPress.org. Can you help with this? Thanks! Joy

Hi there, I see two Jetpack sites on your account:
http://www.joyintheday.com
69.89.31.82/~joyinth5/Could you please confirm which is correct? The first would be better at this end.

Hi! Thanks so much….good question. Technically it is the second one (with the numbers). I created a jetpack account last year as I tried moving to self-host and didn’t go through with it.
Now I’m trying again. I was given 69.89.31.82/~joyinth5/
as a temporary domain while I was setting up the new WordPress blog….is there a way to change my Jetpack name (or delete the ‘first’ joyintheday….)Am I making sense??:)

Hi there – Jetpack shouldn’t be connected on a temporary IP-based address. It should only be connected to your permanent URL, otherwise it can cause problems with statistics, subscriptions, and other things.
I went to your site here:
…and see that your temporary path is still being referenced in the browser’s source. For example:
http://69.89.31.82/~joyinth5/wp-content/themes/Hello-Yellow-Wordpress/style.css
I strongly recommend that you fix this at your end, and then disconnect and reconnect Jetpack on your permanent URL.
Just let me know when that’s done.

Looks good! There is one final discrepancy now.
Your site path uses joyintheday.com but your connection is on the www version of the domain, at http://www.joyintheday.com. This may create another duplicate in the system.
Could you please try disconnecting from Jetpack and reconnecting again?

Hmm, your Jetpack connection still shows with the www.
In your browser’s address bar when you’re logged in, do you see the www or not? Thanks. :-)

when I’m logged in to my website (wordpress.org) it does not show WWW in the browser.
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks!! -

Hi there!
Apologies for the delay – @kathrynwp’s been out and I’m taking over her requests!
Everything is set up properly now and I have transferred your WordPress.com subscribers and email followers as requested.
Please note it may take up to an hour for the stats to accurately reflect the transfer.
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
