Need to move site from self-hosting to free wordpress hosting

  I need to cancel my Bluehost, but before I do, I would like to direct my site to be hosted by the free wordpress hosting option. How do I do this? Thank you!

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.
