Need to move subscribers/followers from one site to another

Hi. I created a website (www.ShiftingGearsTheJourney.com) using the Vantage Theme that I like for the website design but was unhappy with the Blog features. So I created a Blog page (www.ShiftingGearsTheJourney.wordpress.com) and linked the page to my website.
Because of this, the subscribers that signed up to be subscribers at ShiftingGearsTheJourney.com need to be moved over to the Blog page at ShiftingGearsTheJourney.wordpress.com. Apparently I have to have WordPress Admin do this for me.
Please advise if you can move my subscribers at ShiftingGearsTheJourney.com over to ShiftingGearsTheJourney.wordpress.com so that they will begin to receive emails notices for new blog posts.

I am not seeing ShiftingGearsTheJourney.com as being connected to jetpack through your WordPress.com account. That would need to happen in order for the subscribers to be migrated.

I just activated Jetpack on http://www.ShiftingGearsTheJourney.com.

I’m listening in on this conversation, since I too need to move subscribers/followers from one site to another.
However I want to move them from one xxx.wordpress.com site to another xxx.wordpress.com site.I looked for that JetPack you mention, but cant seem to find it. And have no idea what JetPack is.
Perhaps this is only valid for own domains like the ShiftingGearsTheJourney.com site? -
I am not seeing a jetpack connection on your WordPress.com user account. So that either means you connected it through a different WordPress.com account (which won’t allow the transfer) or you didn’t get it set up completely. Please give it another try.

WordPress.com to wordpress.com subscriber migration is something that must be done by staff. If you give me the site URLs, I can do that for you.

I activated the Jetpack on ShiftingGearsTheJourney.com on the Vantage theme.
I was not able to install Jetpack on ShiftingGearsTheJourney.wordpress.com on the Penscratch theme because it says that the account already has the capability.
I used the Subscriber Widget originally on the Vantage theme to collect my subscribers on my self-hosted site. Does this mean I cannot transfer them? I have the email addresses. I just need to find a way to get those email addresses on the blog page (wordpress.com site) which now has a Follower button on that page. Is there a way to do that?

I’m sorry, at this time we do not have a way to import subscribers from a list like that. They will need to subscribe themselves, but you can make this easier on them by adding a Follow Blog widget: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/

knowyourpath.wordpress.comIs it possible to transfer my likes as well? Would be a shame to loose them, since visitors use the “top rated” to find the most interesting stuff on a blog :-)

I can transfer your subscribers. But likes do not transfer, I’m afraid.
