Need to move subscriptions to a new domain

Hi!
We had moved our self-hosted WordPress from uniposible.es to uniposible.org.
Blog it’s now redirecting old domain to new one, but subscriptions are not available at new domain.Did search and found this link that said that we must ask here:
https://jetpack.com/support/subscription-migration-tool/
because we can login now to old wordpress installation that it’s already redirecting to new one.Thanks in advance!

Seems like your issue is related to a site that is using the wordpress.org software, which is hosted outside wordpress.comThis forum only supports the sites hosted on wordpress.com. Please post your question on the wordpress.org support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
Both( wordpress.com and wordpress.org) are different products. You can find out the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

@iamrishaan There’s no need to send people to the WordPress.org forums. We can help with moving subscribers between Jetpack connected sites.
