I had an ionos website but unfortunately it got cancelled and then recreated. The domain used previously has been reset now spraydec.co.uk.
I now need to move the wordpress that was set up with that: spraydec-6mvk1u2c9d to new the new wordpress: spraydec-owgpfd7hip
Please can you advise how to best go about this?
Many thanks,

Hi Rebecca-
Thanks for reaching out to us. Yes, you can move what you have on to our managed hosting environment here at WordPress.com. Keep in mind, that what we offer is a bit different than running your own WordPress installation. As a managed hosting provider we do all the heavy lifting for you. This frees up your mental bandwidth, time, and energy to truly focus on your project and the content.
With our set up you no longer have to worry about finding the right solution for things like back ups, updates, security, spam, seo, ssl, mobile optimization, top notch hosting specs, and sorting out any errors or bugs that pop up along the way.
Moving a website to a new host typically involves 2 steps. First, the content from the site. Second, you would move the domain/hosting over. Doing the domain as he second step will limit the downtime you have with the change.- Move the content: https://wordpress.com/support/import/
- Connect the domain: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/connect-existing-domain/
You’ll want a hosting plan for this all to work and get tied to your account. Those start at $4/month and include what I’ve outlined above. View the hosting plans on https://wordpress.com/pricing/ and write back to me here with any other questions. We stick close by and are happy to help.
