Need to open image widget links in new window

  I need the ability to open a link in new window . I understand how this is accomplished in other widgets where the option is made visible, and otherwise how to do within html, but don’t see a way to do it from within the image widget – unless there is a .css way to override?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
