Need to pay for site while it's in redemption mode but can't figure out how

Hi, I own the site http://www.hootreview.com and had been missing the emails about renewing the domain because it was going to an email address that wasn’t forwarding to the appropriate email address that our business checks (as it had in the past). I really want to recover my site and would be very happy to pay the redemption fee of $80 but have no idea how to do that. It’s been about a month since the site lapsed and am hoping it is still possible to recover it. Any help would be amazing. I can take care of the payment today.

I’ve tagged this for Staff assistance. If Staff are able to recover the domain for you, they will let you know and I see you’ve noted about the extra expense in recovering a domain.

Hi I know that staff must be impossibly busy but this is really stressing me out. The website is the face for a 501c3 nonprofit that depends heavily on its web presence. I’ll pay however much as soon as possible to get it taken care of immediately. I should still very much be in the redemption period as it expired on the 7th of August and then there was the two-week grace period. Any prompt help would be a huge stress relief.
