Need to pay to customize the theme I have purchased!

  Hi!
  I have asked to remove the business package and now my blog is all weird and I can’t even customize the theme that I had purchased!
  It says that I need to purchase for customization!!!
  How come?

  Hi!!
  Actually I can see the old version of my blog but after that I had clicked on save, the original version still appears.
  I would like to send a picture to explain it better.

  Hi Kristele,

  When you cancelled the WordPress.com Business plan, that removed all of the upgrades in the plan, including Custom Design (which allows you to customize any theme you use on your site).

  I see that you’ve purchased that Custom Design upgrade again, and the customizations you made are visible when I go to your site. :) Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that!
