Need to pay to renew/reactivate site on WordPress.com

  My hosting subscription with WordPress.com accidentally expired on October 1st and I am trying to renew it. You sent me an email with a renewal link but the link is not working. When I click the link, it keeps deferring to my other wordpress sites (hosted by Bluehost), and an option to work on my (wordpress.com) site is not available anywhere. I know the data is still there, as I can see my site is investmentpropertiesinorlando.wordpress.com How can I connect with a human being to re-establish my site?
