Need to permanently delete PDF from WordPress

I already deleted the link from my “stories” section entirely and removed the original link from my About Me section. For some reason, the article keeps showing up only when I Google my name plus my subject’s name and the name of the article. I even went in and deleted the actual file from the media section, changed my WordPress URL, and cleared my cache to see if that did anything. It’s still there. the new URL is https://haleymwriter.wordpress.com/ and the article that keeps showing up is this: https://haleypitto.files.wordpress.com/2011/11/haley-pitto-2015-06-03-witnessing-tragedy-working-through-the-aftermath.pdf
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I can confirm that the file has been purged from our servers. So if you’re still seeing it in Google’s search results it means that it’s still cached.
To remove it, use Google’s Removal Tool:
https://search.google.com/search-console/remove-outdated-content
