Hi there, it looks like your domain is currently pointing to Siteground.
If you are logged in with the account that purchased the domain through Automattic, you should see it in your dashboard at Upgrades>Domains or at https://wordpress.com/domains/manage This support guide explains about changing your DNS. https://wordpress.com/support/domains/change-name-servers/ Also
In case you don’t see your domain in your dashboard, is it possible you need to be logged in with a different account. You can log out and then log back in with the email address of your purchase. If you don’t have the log in information for that other account, you’ll want to follow this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

you lost my domains and i can’t get anyone to speak to me.

This is absolutely insane! I am paying for something I cannot even use!! I have had my 2 domains for almost 2 years and the last year they were pointed to Siteground. My subscription is now expired and I have a new host and need to point these domains to Pressable. I can’t get my websites up and running. Less than a month ago I cancelled my subscription with WooCommerce and not sure if this is why I can’t see my domains on WP. I have spent hours on this. I don’t know about anybody else but I don’t have hours to waste or money that could be made. This is a horrible system set up to get assistance if needed. There is no support what so ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also it shows I have just became a member of WP which is total crap because I have had an account with them for 2 years. My domains are socially-real.com and hairextendz.com they are are pointed at Siteground but registered with WordPress I renewed socially-real back in June of 2023 and hairextendz in February of 2023.

Why is it my domain name just popped up in the subject line, but you people can’t find my domains? I have 2 domains that I need pointed to a different host and they have magically disappeared from wp. They are socially-real.com and hairextendz.com, they need pointed to Pressable.

You’ve ended up with two WordPress.com accounts and the domains you are seeing are registered under the OTHER account. Please check the email, as it has more info.
