Need to point my domain to Weebly.com IP address. Please!

    Hello, I have purchased my domain http://www.elmgroveseventeen.com from you. I have built my website on Weebly.com. I need you to point my domain to the following IP: 199.34.228.78

    This is done by changing my domain’s A-Records. I am not requesting that you transfer my domain, redirect my domain, or change my name servers. I want to remain with you as my domain registrar. For more detailed information, please see http://kb.weebly.com/domain-registrar.html.

    I read all the instructions you provide but could not understand how to do this myself so opted to send you this email.

    It would be most appreciated if you could do this for me as I would like to get my site up and running. I was not aware when I used the free template from weebly that it could not be connected to you directly (I also was not aware that I had to pay them to upload it after I input all my information) . Lesson learned. You are only new at this once. Thank you for your assistance. Susan

    Hi Susan,

    It doesn’t look like you have actually registered elmgroveseventeen.com here with us at WordPress.com. Instead it appears that this domain is registered with a company called Launchpad: http://who.is/whois/elmgroveseventeen.com

    If you log in to your account with that company you should be able to change your settings to point towards your Weebly IP.
