need to put nav bar below header in 2012 theme

  Don’t know where to look in the 2012 theme to put the nav info below the header. Can anyone help? This is the temporary page http://173.254.28.56/~psychotr to show you the problem.

  I don’t think this is something you can do on wordpress.com. But why don’t you move to twenty thirteen instead ?

  Thank you elise. My site will be a .org – I chose the ‘custom’ version so it seems I should be able to put the Nav bar above the header. 2013 does not have the page layout I need for the organization it will represent
