Need to re-instate Google Authenticator

Hello,
I’ve accidentally deleted the Google Authenticator app from my iPhone and realized it needs to be re-set up in order to proceed with blogging. I see that I’m completely locked out of my blog:
I too had to create a dummy account just so I could contact you guys (horrible!).
Will someone please help me to re-instate this 2 step process so I can get back to the business of blogging on the blog that I’ve paid for??? AND, what do I need to do to eradicate this part of the process in the future. I don’t like it (sorry).
