I need staff help.
We accidentally disputed the payment for our domain and creator account. We are desperate not to lose this domain, and would like to pay for it.

There really is no way for me to get in contact with a person to help us on this, and it is very frustrating. We do not want to purchase our subscription again until we are sure we are paying for the correct domain. Unfortunately this means we cannot do the live chat. Apparently it is impossible to email as well, and can not call. We made a mistake and would like to still stay a customer. But we need help. Please can someone contact us?
