NEED TO REBUILD WEB SITE SO BLOCK EDITOR WORKS

    My current web site has a conflict so that now I can no longer editing in block or classic editor, it only has HTML or Shortcode which is a lot harder to edit. I have tried all workarounds or trouble shoots as suggested to fix this but nothing has worked.
    I now believe that my web site needs to be re-built again on the current version of word press (but a little redesigned) so that I can then edit myself in the future if required. Happy to pay for the re-build/redesign.
