Need to receive site information

    Hello I am a wordpress customer however building my site was too hard for me to do I had someone help me do it and he purposely close it I would like to bring all the website information from the previous website to my new wordpress hosting. http://www.alexisaidllc.com

    I’m sorry to hear that you had trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
