need to reconnect to site that we host through

    the main site we go through went down and when it came up I’m getting a 403 error forbidden what do I need to fix this and restore the site

    That said, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider, so we have no control over it.
