need to recover a website hosted on OVH for which a hosting expired

    Hello,

    I have a website under another account http://www.laprairiecreative.fr/
    The website was hosted on OVH Cloud but the hosting expired (expiration of the paiement details). I tried to contact OVH but they don”t offer any solution to recover the website.

    When I try to connect to WordPress, I get an error message telling me that the account has been deleted (see image bellow). When I use the contact form to ask for support, it tells me that the website is hosted externally and therefore, nothing can be done.

    Did anyone have experience with that issue? If you have ideas how I can recover the website, it will help me a lot

    We can’t help as that site isn’t or rather wasn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. If you nor OVH Cloud didn’t make a proper backup, there is simply nothing to recover. You could take a look in the Wayback Machine and try to recover form over there – https://web.archive.org/web/20250000000000*/http://www.laprairiecreative.fr/
