Need to recover lost login info (name/password) for old account

  I need to recover the login info (name/password) for an old account that I’m still being billed for. Can’t find a way to contact wordpress.com by email or phone. The website requires I log in first to get support. I create the current account just for that purpose.

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

  Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

  Maybe this will help. anyonecancraft.com is set as the primary domain for https://maddi2021.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of anyonecancraft.com.

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to access the anyonecancraft.com dashboard.

  Thank you for your responses, but as I said in the first sentence – I no longer have the login name, email address, nor the password for the account. I do however own the credit card being charged. I’m trying the Account Recovery option. Haven’t heard back from them yet.
