Need to redirect my old .com site to my wordpress site

    I need to redirect my old url to wordpress. I am closing my old blog (www.demonpigeon.com) and have set up an archive for it at demonpigeon.wordpress.com so that it doesn’t have to die completely when I switch it off. However, I want to redirect visitors who visit the original .com address to the free wordpress site. Is this possible? My site is currently hosted through dreamhost.
