Need to reduce font size of drop down menu

  I want my main menu words to remain large.
  1. But I would like to change the size of the text on the words that drop down from the menu.
  2. Can I increase the width of drop down menu?

  I also want to add a video to the header (520 KB) but cannot upload it to the media library. It gives a message that it is processing but it is never uploaded.
