Need to refund

    Wp automatically pay double payment
    But I refund it but I got only one refund message while I tryna cancel entire payment
    I can find refund method now I want every thing to be refund now 😈

    Hi there,

    I checked your account and see that one purchase was refunded to you while the other one was canceled by you. So, were you charged twice or only once? I see that both the refund and cancelation took place on 3/4/16. Has your refund reflected on your bank statement?
