Need to refund renewal on one account and charge on another.

The auto-renewal charged a paypal account when I wanted it to charge my credit card. I need to refund the paypal account and charge the $99 to the credit card registered.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can disable auto-renew Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

Yea, I’m bumping, we don’t even know who’s paypal account you charged. Don’t wag your finger at me. We need it to charge the card that’s saved.

There is only one owner of any blog. Upgrades and renewals are charged to the username account that registered the blog as that account is the blog owner ie., the original Admin of the blog who purchased the upgrade for the blog.
Credit card information can be changed by that username account here > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and all billing information is available to the blog owner here > Dashboard > Store > Billing History
