Need to reload my theme

  I need to re-load the theme we are currently using. It’s called “Mingle”.

  The issue is, I don’t have access to themeforest or ny of the original log-ins. The issue is that “some guy” installed the theme when they designed the website, but neither I nor the owner has that email address or password.

  Do we need to log in to themeforest in order to re-load the theme or can we do that another way?

  I tried contacting the designer, “Paralellus”, but they require the purchase ID to use their customer support, and well, same issue. I don’t have the purchase ID, and neither does the owner…
