need to remove a blog and add new ones

hi all. i seem not to be able to remove an old self-hosted blog (no longer active); i also cannot add new wordpress.org blogs that i created. can you help? cheers :)

I just removed it.tazzing.net from your account for you. :) If a self-hosted blog isn’t active anymore, staff can remove it from your account.
