Need to remove 'comment reply via email' in order to proceed with upload

  Hello,
  I’m trying to upload a theme but i’m being told I’ll lose a feature, but the proceed button is disabled. I’m not sure how to resolve this so that I can move forward.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey myanduong,

  If you’re trying to choose any theme from your WordPress.com dashboard then you shouldn’t face this problem.

  But if you’re trying to upload any third party theme then free plan doesn’t allow you to do so.
