Hi, I need to recover my account but unfortunately I do not have any of the above three identity proof. I have originally created this in 2013 using my old email address and after trying to get back into the account i am unable to log in. Perhaps you may see there has not been any activity on the blog since spring 2013. There is some private information and family pictures on there, which I would like to be taken down as they show up when searched in google. Those were never intended to be published but they still can be seen online. If it is not possible for me to re-gain access to the blog, are you able to just remove it completely or delete the content?
Please let me know what to do next and i will provide you with the URL.
    Many thanks
    Olena

    Hi Olena,

I would be more than happy to assist you in regaining access to your account. If you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll definitely get in touch with you as soon as possible. You mentioned you may not have the three verification requirements we ask for – but fill out the form the best you can. We’ll see what we can do to help you.

Please visit our support page for more information on recovering your account.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Thank you for coming back to me.

Unfortunately I am unable to provide one of the 3 options in proof of ownership so it is not letting me submit the form.

Is there any other way i can prove that this is my account?

would i need to prove the account belongs to me to request for the content to be made not public (so that is doesn’t come up when the name is searched for in google).

    thanks

    Hi Olena,

Are you receiving some type of error when filling out the form?

If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a PayPal transaction ID, or the original activation link, there won’t be much we can do to assist you in recovering your account.

We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.

However, I would attempt to fill out the account recovery form again to see if there is anything the Account Recovery Team can do for you.

Let me know if you have any other questions or problems with the form.

    Thanks,
