Need to remove hover border around sidebar image

  As you can see here, when you hover over the “want a bite” image in the sidebar, a dashed line appears below it. I have painfully combed through my ccs to try and fix this and I can’t for the life of me get rid of it. It’s strange because my other side bar image has the dotted line like it’s supposed to. Any ideas?
