Need to remove Jetpack

  I deleted an old website and forgot to disable Jetpack before doing so. Please remove http://www.simplewallpaperdesign.com from my Jetpack stats and monitoring. I have asked for it to be removed before but it does not seem to go away. Thank you in advance
