Need to remove old sites from 'My Sites'

  Hi

  I had some sites which I monitored with Jetpack. These sites have since been deleted, and I can’t access their WordPress admin anymore. I want to remove them from the ‘My Sites’ so that I can stop being notified of downtime (and for general neatness). The sites I need to remove are:
