I need to renew this domain, but I don’t see a Renew button on My Upgrades page.

You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns an upgrade to renew it – is there a second account you might have used?
What do you see for status at:
Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
Dashboard >> Store >> Billing HistoryIf an upgrade has renewed the renew button will not be visible – but look on the expire date for the upgrades

There is no billing history. My upgrades is showing:
Status: Expired on May 23, 2013
This upgrade expired on May 23, 2013I don’t recall there ever being a second account. Is there any other way I can pay for this renewal?

I flagged this for the staff to review your account – you should still be in the grace period for the domain name – domain names are the only tricky ones because of internet rules –
The staff have a very good record of helping
Was there anyone else that might have purchased the upgrade?

Nevermind. I found it. It was under a different email account. Is there any way to just use the current email for billing and not the old one?

You can transfer the upgrade to another account once it is renewed – there is a Transfer to another account option – CAUTION there is not much error checking for the destination account so please spell things correctly or it will go somewhere strange and the staff will need to retrieve it for you –
If you want the staff to transfer the upgrades for you – they can do that but you would need to log in as the account / email that owns the upgrades and post here in small words & very plain what upgrades you want to move from what account to the other account –
I will leave the flag for the staff in case you want them to help with the transfer
