Need to renew, and see past purchases

  Hi, I hope you are well. I did not see any press purchases or active subscriptions when I checked my profile on the WordPress site. I have an active business plan for the domain weaponX.com. I need to renew it but where do I do that? I need help because it’s not giving me access to that capability. Thank you for your help.

  It sounds like you need to be logged in with a different WordPress.com username account to the one you are using here in the community forums.

  First log out of this account and then log back in using the email address where you received your WordPress.com renewal reminder.

  If you are unable to access that username account, you’ll want to follow up with the account recovery team by filling out the form at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ Since you mention you have a business account, you’ll also have the required information for that. DO NOT POST that information publicly here, but only in the account recovery form.
