Need to Renew Domain

Our domain expired and when I went in to renew it is asking me to select a new domain. The domain that expired is registered to me, how do I get it back. We need the same domain so that our Google Education account will work. We are a PTA. Domain is woodstonepta.com Please advise how we can repurchase our domain. Thanks.

I’ve spent the whole day trying to renew domain enviroethics.org , of which I am an admin. I have received *no* notifications of the domain’s expiration, because I think it was registered to another admin. I’ve logged into my admin account and tried to renew it from there, but there’s no option available. It says it can only be renewed by William Grove-Fanning, who originally set up the website (was my co-admin) and no longer accesses it. Why, as an admin myself, am I NOT also renew it? I need to keep my domain up. Can you please help?

Dear Sir/Madam
I have a wordpress site: hshpetsitterscharlotte.com which I fear may be expired. The original credit card is no longer in service due to changes Costco recently made and has been replaced.
I want to make sure the site stays up and I can access the site. Please let me know what I have to do to insure that the domain remains mine and I can log in to it.Please contact me with the steps I need to take to make including new credit card information.

I have been trying to renew my domain historicalsocietyofeastonct.org, and have been unsuccessful. I see that it is expiring, but there is no where that I can find to allow me to actually renew it. Please help.

Hi @alinemramos, a site can have many admins, but a domain is a purchase that can only have one owner. Are you able to log in as that admin, or have them get in touch so we can transfer ownership of the domain to you?

@tessangel I can see you’ve been working privately with support; you owned this domain but allowed it to expired. Staff will keep working with you to redeem it.

@tinkerbellkatie your domain is owned by another user. Please log out, then log in using the email address that gets renewal notifications. You’ll be able to renew it then.

If anyone else needs help, I’d strongly advise heading over to wordpress.com/help . Make sure you are logged in as the domain owner. If you are logged in as an account that currently owns upgrades, you can get in touch with support directly.
If you still are sent to the forums even though you are logged in as the upgrade owner, chances are it expired so long ago it was removed from the account. Please make a new post, and add the modlook tag to flag staff attention. Thanks. :)
