Need to renew domain in redemption period

  Please contact me to expedite the renewal of my domain. It is currently in the redemption period. I purchased the domain through you on Sept 9 2015.

  Expired means over, dead and done. Nothing that has been allowed to expire can be renewed. It seems you are asking Staff to recover an expired domain. They need details please.

  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When did the expiration take place?
