need to renew my account HELP ASAP

  HELLO,
  In few days my account will be closed, I would like to renew it with a different credit card. Please advice how to so that! It has been my third message asking for help in that issue and no one answered since around 4 days ago.

  Hello

  I have the same problem and my domain expires tomorrow. So stressful! I have tried for three days and with three different cards. I got a new credit card since last time, and when I try to add the new one, it says “The transaction cannot be processed. The amount to be charged is zero”or “Missing or invalid information” What do I do wrong? I just write the information on my credit card…

  What is the domain URL please?

  There is no need to be stressed out. One can enable auto-renew https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#auto-renew and then your domain renewal process begins 1 month prior to the expiration so if anything goes wrong you never lose the domain.

  attempt to update the credit card information one more time?

  I’m not sure what was happening but it had said you had attempted to update the information too many times – I switched off that alert.
